On going to the NERSC web site (http://www.nersc.gov), I got a message 
saying
my browser (OW 4.1.1) was not standards compliant, and I really ought 
to be using IE, Netscape, Mozilla, ..., and did I wish to take a look 
at http:/www.webstandards.org/ blah, blah, blah.  Well, ... down the 
left side of the Web Standards Project's home page the links are all 
trimmed so that only the last couple of letters are visible.  Help me 
out here---what's going on, and who's doing things wrong?
