Window cascading

I hadn't realized that OW had a casading feature, since all of my windows
always open on top of each other in the same location.
Wondering if there was some setting or command that I was missing out on,
(barely've used Macs since OS 7! I'm not forgetting anything, am I?) I
looked around and I remembered that I had set OW to remember my window size.
Looking in the OW Help, it said:
->Once you've done this, new browser windows will always open at the size
->you've chosen. The chosen position will be used for the first window, and
->additional windows will "cascade" so that they don't appear right on top
->of each other (if there's room).
Perhaps the "if there's room" is the key here. The way I set it up, my
window took up most of the screen, and the top, bottom, and right side were
all almost touching the edge of the desk top.
When I reset it so that the vertical length was about half the size of the
desktop but still very close to the right edge of the desktop, the first two
windows (A and B) cascaded nicely, but the next two would open up in the
same exact place (C on top of A, D on top of B). At about a quarter of the
size and moved away from the right side of the desktop, the windows cascaded
nicely. When the windows began to reach the edge of the desktop, the next
new window opened in a different portion of the desktop to begin another
group of cascades.
When I tried IE, the first window mimicked the last window size (almost full
screen) and position, but all new ones cascaded, even if portions of the
window were past the edge of the desktop.
Since I too use an iBook (12" screen), it would be great if OW windows could
cascade like IE. I don't really like having to set my window size so small
to make OW do the same thing. How about an option in the Window pull down
menu to cascade all open windows? I often need to keep many windows open at
once.
Also, I'd love to see the Osaka fixed width problem worked out because I am
running a Japanese OS too.
Apologies for the lengthy submission.
Mao
