I have subscribed to a web page that uses an interactive program.  When 
the page loads the top and the bottom load but the middle interactive 
section does not show.  It also does not work on IE 5.2.1 Netscape 7.0 
and Mozilla 1.0.  On Netscape at the bottom of the window it states 
"Start: applet did not initiate".    When I contacted the seller they 
related that something was wrong with my JVM.  I am using a G4, OS 
10.1.5.  I have upgraded the JAVA 1.3.1.  I am using the OW 4.1.  JAVA 
on the preferences is activated.  The page does activate using Windows 
at the office and using Netscape 4.7 on the Mac OS Classic.
Any suggestions on the problem with using OW  ????    Thanks for your
