JavaScript oddity

I have seen this behavior on other sites as well, but this time I
investigated the issue, and can now report a reproducible problem.
(I know JavaScript is not that well implemented, but please read on).
Start by going to this page:
http://www.trafikken.dk/tmregion.asp?page=document&objno=7160
(It's in Danish and contains a map of what traffic works is in progress
in a specific part of Denmark.)
Drag the mouse around on the map, and notice the text that pops up when
you are on top of one of the triangle signs. This works perfect!
Try to click on a different region on the overview-map to the left, and
this regions map and data will now be shown, BUT drag the mouse around
and nothing happens!
Try selecting "Open this page in a new window" and the page will now
work in the new window.
Reload does not help, going back just disables the old page too.
I hope that somehow a manual feature can be implemented that would cause
OmniWeb to restart JavaScript for a given page, so that a click on this
button would make the page work, instead of that I have to open the same
page in a new window.
Yours Sincerely
