JavaScript menu

I'm not sure where else to pot this question, so here goes.

This URL:
http://www.ida.dk/araneum/menu/menu.asp?menu=4&mark=&submark=

contains a menu written in JavaScript, as far as I can tell.

OmniWeb, as well as any other browser for Mac OS X (Mozilla 1.0, Chimera 
0.3, iCab, Opera & IE), just displays the background picture without the 
menu. (Netscape 4.7 for Mac OS Classic works).

Does somebody have a suggestion as to what might be going on?
