3 Easy Interface Improvements

I've never seen OmniWeb put a new bookmark at the bottom.

I guess I'm special.  Or maybe it's different if one uses an "Unfiled 
Bookmarks" folder as I do; all new bookmarks added with Cmd-Opt-A go 
to the top.
