I must admit that I don't understand Charles's suggestion either; I 
thought all new bookmarks go to the top of the list or folder in 
which they're added.

BUT... I would sure love to be able to drag a URL or token to a 
folder in the favorites bar and have the folder spring open for 
proper positioning so that one could add a bookmark as desired 
without needing to use the Bookmarks window.
