Web banking (was Re: PayPal, anyone?)

I've had the opposite experience to you with web banking, unfortunately.

Click on the "log on" button once Internet banking is selected (top right
hand area). The javascript tries to launch a new window but invariably fails
regardless of what I have in my compatibility settings.

The login window shows, but try any one of the tabbed sections like
"markets" or "quotes and research" and nothing will load below the tabbed
sections. This happens whether you're logged in or not.

I'm using 4.1 b2
