Display problem

I'm a fan of the Unreal Tournament mod called StrikeForce, so i 
frequently visit this page:

In some of the latest builds (about from 2 weeks ago), OW introduces a 
display error on the top of the page.

When loading, the top is displayed fine, but when all the page has 
loaded, black boxes is blocking the view in the top of the page.
