OW 4.1 - Address field on Toolbar

What about a pop-up text box like in Finder when a file name is too long 
to fit in a row, then I can hold down the option (alt) key, and see the 
complete file name in a yellow text box. Would be logic if the option 
key over a link in OW gives this kind of text box with the link in.
