Check that Omni is default on first launch?

Hello,

there is a workaround...

go to IE and open the application helper

choose for http Omniweb and no matter how often you change the 
sneakpeeks it always will be OW which goes on the first run...

There is a freeware called vince doing the same job, but i heard people 
complaining about killed preferences...
