Extensis download problem on dial-up?

I tried downloading it even though I was on LAN. Here is what I
got (in French):

same problem
Interarchy had absolutely no problem downloading it (fast and
loud). It looks like the problem is not restricted to dialup
connections.
I noticed that the address sends you to a ftp server (which appear
on the URL part of the OW window. I looks like OW sometimes has
problems with ftp servers. I've seen this before but it is rather
hard to track down since OW never gives me the error messages on the
download manager (404, access denied, busy server).
In this kind of situation, I usually turn to Interarchy which give
ma access to the files.
