Cookies.xml-tmp

	Hi,

   I'm not quite familiar with the way OW handles cookies so I thought 
it'd be safer to ask before I send a bug report for OW 4.1sp26.
    I noticed that in the folder /Users/myself/Library/Application 
Support/Omniweb/ I have 232 files called "Cookies.xml-tmp-xxx".....

    Did OM forget to delete these files or is it simply the way it 
handles these temp files ???
