space between toolbar(s) and HTML

hey guys,

here's a real odd one, i'm using SP24 - and I adjusted the toolbar to 
make more sense to me (and purely by accident, found the page address 
on it's own line thing)

now, I have a space between the toolbars and actual HTML, as shown:
