Font substitution does not work properly with 4.1 beta

Oup! I forgot to mention the name of the font "which contains D with 
underdot in Bold style". This is George Williams' Caslon:

The package contains font files in Roman, Italic, Bold and Small 
Caps. Unfortunately this experimental font looks too thin.
