sp23: Odd character in Address field; Find command finds nothing

Hmm... I can't reproduce the first one either now. Odd. Must be one of 
the new year glitches. :)

The other very annoying thing regarding this site is the vertical scroll 
bars are often missed in about all the pages.

I have to set compatibility to Netscape 4.75 (Mac OS) to make the scroll 
bar in www.compusa.com to appear. But even so, clicking at some of the 
links like Advertised Specials still renders a new page without vertical 
scroll bar. And reloading the page doesn't make it appear. But going 
back then forward brings it back. This is tested with the new sp24.

I really wish I don't have to "lie" about my choice of browser. :)
