Hmmm... What seems to be going on, at least on my machine, is that you 
set Kotoeri in the keyboard menu, then you click in a text field and it 
reverts to whatever you had it set to before. Resetting it once more, 
though, seems to do the trick.

I just checked with Rick, and he tells me that, to the best of his 
knowledge, we don't have anything to do with the behavior of that menu. 
That said, it's a little strange that (as far as I can tell) OmniWeb is 
the only app that shows this behavior. I'll keep an eye out for other 
reports of this sort of thing, but I'm not going to write it up as a bug 
quite yet.
