[4.1b1] JavaScript not detected

		Hi,

   I checked over again in this release and in some pages, JavaScript 
is still not detected by the web site. When you connect to the pages, 
it warns you Javascript is not active and you cannot use the site at 
all.

eg: http://www.infobiogen.fr/srs/ and then 
http://www.infobiogen.fr/srs6bin/cgi-bin/wgetz?-page+top+-newId

and it also seems to be true for the 29 srs sites listed here: 
http://www.lionbio.co.uk/publicsrs.html
