3/4 of a new OW window

Brian,

I've seen short new windows from time to time on various SP releases. I
have not found a pattern. I've not seen new windows that are half-sized.
However, I have encounted windows that are 10% to 20% shorter than
normal (with the standard width).

It seems like the new window is initially positioned to low to fit on the
screen, a bit of the bottom is chopped off, and then the window is moved
up to mid-screen. The one that I saw earlier tonight was positioned so
that the top of the new window was perfectly aligned with the invoking
window. The new window was about 10-15% short and positioned about 50
pixels to the right of the invoking window.

I'll take a screen shot the next time I see it.
