Performance and bg pictures

I have an example URL for OmniWeb.

It's the StrikeForce Center (a MOD for Unreal Tournament)

In OW compared to IE the displayed page is so much nicer too look at, 
but we all knew that ;-)

But it is slow to scroll in OW, and there is a slight error in the 
display of a background picture in the top bar with the title in it 
(between the text "STRIKE FORCE", and the person on the right).

These ore not as fatal issues as JavaScript, but I think they should be 
noted.
