"Unable to store the file" error message...

When I try to use the store source option I always get that message:

OmniWeb was unable to store the file on its original server. The most 
common reason for this is a lack of permission. The reason given was:

Server returns "Method Not Allowed" (400)

I understand I have to make some modification to Apache. I tried but 
didn't even find the error message 400 in the documentation...

Anyway I think the OpenStep method ("save") was OK (= working out of the 
box). Why change what was not broken?
