Folks,

With OmniWeb 4.5sp4, the page ...

<https://techsupport.services.ibm.com/server/aix.invscoutMDS?filename=upload.html>

... has a form with a file upload field.  Clicking on the "browse" 
button to chose the file to be uploaded does nothing.  Thus, it is 
impossible to select the file to be uploaded.  bummer.

(PS: I've noticed that a number of pages within IBM's site cause 
problems for OmniWeb ... I see no reason why IBM needs do use 
complicated code, and I've told them so via feedback, but I guess 
that they'd prefer to have "pretty" sites that often don't work over 
"functional" sites that do work.)
