I agree! I have sat quietly while people:

	Quote whole digests
Post in RTF, HTML, et cetera
	Use bazaar text-encoding schemes:
Only use _"*ONE*"_ of these per message and _"*NEVER*"_ any
other kind of text-encoding:
			"us-ascii"
			"iso-8859-1"
			"utf-8"
			"utf-16"
			"utf-32"
			"unicode"
	Attache attachments

	Here are a few suggests:

Require all messages to have more lines of original text than
quoted text and *.sig combined with the quoted text on top, the
original text in the middle, and the *.sig at the bottom.
	Forbid markup.
	Forbid attachments.
Make the largest allowed post <16mb
	Make the largest digest <32mb
Require standard text-encoding -- no more "EBCDIC" (Extended
Binary Coded Decimal Interchange Code), "Windows-1252", et cetera.

	Feedback welcomed.

	Regards,

	Please donate blood.
