Brian,

Thanks for the acknowledgement. I am encouraged so here's another 
feature request. :)

The ability to specify encoding used for individual bookmark. Some pages 
are viewed best with some specific text encoding, but some of them just 
doesn't have it specified correctly (or at all) in the header. Being 
able to force text encoding for a bookmarked page will greatly enhance 
the viewing experience.
