It works! On most of the problem pages, at least. But this page is still 
rendered as blank: <http://money.chinatimes.com/> View Links shows the 
links in Chinese OK, though.

And notice that when you first load the page, the page title is not 
rendered in Chinese. After choosing one of the Traditional Chinese 
encoding, it reload and show up properly. Page is still blank no matter 
which encoding I force it to.

One feature request regarding this encoding stuff: It will be helpful if 
OW can show what the currently used encoding is by having a check mark 
next to the used one. It will help debugging pages a lot.
