I have minor suggestion for OmniWeb:

	The default encoding is Western Windows Latin 1). By default, 
OmniWeb fails when exposed to other character-sets. This gives a very 
bad impression. I discovered that OmniWeb contrarily has excellent 
support for UTF-8/16. Since UTF-8 does not effect the display of 
iso-8859-1, I suggest changing the default to UTF-8 for all versions 
using Latin-based alphabets.  For the Japanese version, the default 
should be UTF-16.. This will give millions of users a much better 
first impression of OmniWeb, because OmniWeb will display their 
native languages and other languages from their region by default.
