This is actually Apple's bug:  I don't know whether it's a bug in 
QuickTime or in Cocoa, but the code which displays that menu isn't in 
OmniWeb.  (Their volume bar displays just fine, I'm not sure why their 
menu wouldn't.)

On the other hand, the primary reason people ask us for that menu is so 
they can save movies, which OmniWeb 4.1 lets you do directly from its 
Show Info panel.
