No, I mean "no connections"--IE has an option for offline browsing. So,
for instance, if you have a remote counter or graphic, it won't connect
and load it.

If I do a preview from BBEdit and IE or Netscape is my default browser,
the page is reloaded if it's already displayed, showing whatever changes
I've made. OmniWeb seems to assume, when it gets the event asking it to
display a given page, that if it's already in the browser it need do
nothing. So I have to manually reload.
