4.0.2 sp3??

This may be a really stupid question, but could someone please fill me in on 
this 4.0.2 sp3??  I am using OW 4.0.1, and I thought that was the most 
up-to-date version.  Is this other version a developer's version or 
something along those lines?  I can't find any references to 4.0.2 sp3 being 
downloadable from Omni or any other site. Any info would be appreciated.
