No, you don't have to be patient.
First, go to http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/listinfo/localization
where the localization of OmniWeb is discussed. And check
http://www.omnigroup.com/ftp/pub/outgoing/sneakypeek/. You can find the
latest update there. So, sp stands for sneaky peek(I don't know the
meaning) not service pack.
I also don't know why Omni people notify the latest version there.
