"zoom window" bug

Actually, I'm not sure if this is a bug, or a misapplied feature.

Cmd-Opt-Z should zoom the front window, acting like a click on the 
zoom button. It, in fact, zooms *every* window, with the exception of 
those minimized to the Dock.

However, this would be cool as additional functionality - perhaps, 
Cmd-Opt-Z to zoom front window, and Cmd-Opt-Shift-Z to zoom all 
windows?
