Bookmarks drawer questions/suggestions

When I drag a bookmark proxy from the location line to the right of the
current window, the Bookmark drawer doesn't pop-out. Is it normal? Shouldn't
pop-out so that I may drop the bookmark in there?

Also, when the drawer is open and I drag a bookmark over a folder in there,
it would be nice if the folder could expand temporarily, and then collapse
again once the bookmark is in place.
