[Ken Case]

There's a bug with the QuickTime plug-in which causes keyboard events to 
stop getting delivered to Cocoa.  The bad news is we have no idea what's 
going on (some weird interaction between the Carbon and Cocoa event 
loops, presumably), but the good news is it's 100% reproducible so 
hopefully we'll be able to track it down soon.

(Note that QuickTime movies sometimes appear in advertisements, so 
sometimes you'll play a QuickTime movie without realizing it.)
