OW and Passive FTP

OmniWeb always tries passive FTP first, but if the server doesn't 
support passive FTP (e.g., because it's behind a firewall) then it falls 
back on trying active FTP.

If both OmniWeb and the server are behind (different) firewalls, you 
can't use direct FTP whether passive or active (unless one of the 
firewalls is smart enough to interpret your ftp conversation and 
temporarily another port).  The typical solution to this problem is to 
use a proxy server (which the firewall must know about), and have it 
make those ftp connections for you.
