OmniWeb4 will not show correct view

Hi,

When I try to view http://www.gartner.co.jp/, I can only see some part of the window though IE will show complete window.  Does this URL deploy non-standard HTML context?

There is another question.  Is there any way to save a picture in .jpg file instead of tiff file in OmniWeb4?
