2 Questions About OW 4.0b3

Hi All,

I've downloaded and unpacked 4.0b3 successfully; however, I have 2 questions
to resolve before I can use it. I'm hoping somebody can help:

1) How do I specify a proxy address. Ours is defined as a numeric IP
address, port 80. I'm assuming I'd enter something like this: XX.XX.XX.XX:80
Is that correct?

2) Any time I try to access any URL, it complains that it doesn't natively
understand HTTP URLs and has no plug-in to do so. There is a very long list
of preloaded bundles, so I thought I'd be ready to go out-of-the-box. What
do I need to configure to access normal URLs?

I checked the mailing list archives since January, and saw nothing relevant.
