installing omniweb...doen't work anymore

I've installed OmniWeb on DP3 before without any problem, but recently I had
to reinstall DP3.  When I went to unpack OmniWeb again, I get this file in
my /Local/Applications/Internet folder that says, "@LongLook".  What is
this?  Now, OmniWeb won't work, when I try, It begins to start and I see the
icon in the Dock, but then it quits.  What is going on here?  Please help
me.
