OK, I deleted the old one and the bundle list shows the new plugin.

I did just that, editing the Info-nextstep.plist, were it said "OmniHTML =
1999C" I replaced it with "OmniHTML = 2000A". Now the plugins are loaded, I
tested PrintExtensions and it works.
The Flash plugin doesn't seem to work (I tried http://www.flash.com/) but I
think this plugin wasn't working before (I've seen other examples that do not
work.)
The QuickTime plugin seems to be working.
