[3.1rc2]Invalid plugins

As of OmniWeb 3.1rc2, the JavaScript plug-in is bundled in the app  
wrapper, so you should just remove your old JavaScript.plugin.

The other plug-ins ought to be recompiled using the current  
framework headers (which aren't available right this second, I'll try  
to update our source release later today), since we've made some  
incompatible changes to OmniHTML.  (On the other hand, those plug-ins  
might not actually have been using any of the classes which changed,  
so I suppose you could _try_ just updating their  
Info-nextstep.plist's OFRequiredSoftware setting to indicate that  
they're compatible with the updated OmniHTML framework.)
