[3.1rc2]Invalid plugins

Hi,

Some of this was reported earlier this weekend but here goes the complete list:

QuickTime
PrintExtensions
JavaScript
Flash

All of them are reported as invalid in the Bundles list on Admin.  
Preferences.   HTTPS is valid, loaded and works.

Now the question:  Are there any hints on how to make the invalid plugins  
work again (changing the resources file for instance)?
