ME, TOO! :-| (With OW 3.1rc1 though, haven't tested with rc2 yet).

I face the same using Jürgen Möllenhoff/OIC's squid 2.3stable1 package
for OPENSTEP.
I see this behaviour with new pages I try to load and with rather old ones.
"Middle-aged" once seem to be unaffected by this problem.
