OW 3.1 accepts no Cookies!!

Thanks for the example!  I've fixed the bug which caused the cookies  
at that site to fail, and hopefully this will fix any other  
outstanding cookie failures.

For the curious:  OmniWeb wasn't attempting to look up cookies whose  
paths didn't fall on a path component boundary of the current URL.   
Now it looks through all the cookie paths for a site to see if any of  
those paths are a prefix of the current path, rather than generating  
a list of paths to use as search keys.
