Installing OmniWeb 4.0b1

Hello,
   I recently downloaded  OmniWeb 4.0b1 and I was wondering how to install
it?  I am new to os x dp3 so I was wondering if you could possibly steer me
in the right direction.  Also, do you know where I can enter in my DHCP
client ID in os x dp3 (because I have a cable modem).  If there there is a
website or messageboard that has this information could you direct me to it
because I don't want to waste your time.
