DP3 won't run!

It doesn't come as a .sit file, you would receive it as either a
.hqx or a .bin file. And if you *don't already have the tools* to
extract a .bin or a .hqx (or .sit) file, there is nothing you can
do. The Mac's filesystem with its resource/data forks and type/creator
presents a true catch 22 situation when dealing with downloads.

The *only* option is to find another Mac that already has the
extraction tools you need and copy them over.
