I remember working that out for myself after the same sort of
frustration experienced by Bill. It seems to work OK... and like
Andrew I've got used to making sure there's more than one window
around when I resize.
But I agree that a preference would be neat, and I like the idea of
showing window sizes in the title bar while resizing (as does
emacs), and image sizes when an image is loaded in the window (as
does Netscape).
As a devoted turboCube user who's stayed with NS 3.3, I've survived
all this time with OW2, and watched tantalized the discussions
about all the new features in OW3. Now I've decided finally to make
the move to MOSX, and I'm expecting my G4 to arrive this week. When
I get MOSXS up and running, I guess I'll see what all the
excitement has been about...
