Window sizing

What is your definition of "it"? :-)

It is common on MY machine to have several browser windows open and iconified  
when I close down. Which of them should be "it"?

And what happens if "it" is something strange or bizarre? Would this mean I  
would have to re-size, stop and restart OW to get "it" fixed?

I STILL want to know what the CURRENT window sizing algorithm is and WHAT  
triggers it.

PS: Sent in ... three? four? .... stack grabbers from OW crashes last night,  
and that didn't count the couple of times I had to kill it to unfreeze it. :-(
