Control-click on links doesn't work in RC1?

The bug is that in 3.1rc1 control-click doesn't select the link  
before it pulls up the context menu.  If you select the link by hand  
first (using option-click), the context menu will function correctly.

It brings up the menu, but selecting things doesn't cause anything  
to happen..

this is on OSXS 1.0.2
