JavaScript-plugin:how to install ?

Hi,

Just download the JavaScript plugin ;-)
How and where should i install it ? Asing this because the
downloaded stuff didn't contain any readme... Is this normal or did  
smth wrong append while dowloading ?

Anyhow, very thanks for the most beautyfull browser of the world ;-)
