proxy server

We bought an G4 OS X Server with OmniWeb 3 installed. The server seems to be
working fine. i can see it on the network and get to shared folders, but I
can't view anything with the OmniWeb. When going to, say www.apple.com, I
get 'Cannot Load Address, No such host www.apple.com'. We have a firewall
with a proxie and I found the proxy settings in OnmniWeb and were to enter
in the IP for the proxy but no place to enter port #'s. Is there any
documentation for such problems provided somewhere with the server
documentaion or otherwise available?
