There will definitely be a release of OmniWeb 3.1 "final" for
OPENSTEP with several more bugs fixed. There may even be an OmniWeb
3.2 for OPENSTEP.
What there won't be is an OmniWeb 4.0 for OPENSTEP, because OmniWeb
4.0 is taking advantage of some of the new features which are only
available in Mac OS X. (This is what Wil was talking about: he's
working on new code which won't run on OPENSTEP.)
